Firefighters rescued a horse after it accidentally fell into a swimming pool this morning.
A horse has been rescued from a swimming pool by a team of firefighters after it had wandered off in a garden.
Fire crew from Epping, Brentwood, Chelmsford and Great Baddow were called to North Weald at 10: 52am today (Saturday, December 7) attended to the scene.
The horse had fell through a swimming pool cover.
Crews used a ’skid’ to help lift the horse back out of the pool by 12:14pm.
The horse has avoided serious injury but was left in the care of a vet as a precaution.
