Following their sell out show in 2019, The Skatonics, one of the country’s premier ska outfits, return to the Black Barn at Forty Hall on Saturday, January 11, to kick off the New Year.
The nine-piece band came onto the scene in 2007, and since then have performed across the UK and Europe.
The last 11 years have seen them play several iconic venues including the legendary Hope & Anchor where Madness and The Specials performed.
In June 2017, they headlined the Electro Love stage at the Isle of Wight Festival to a crowd of several thousand, have backed Suggs at a charity event and have even supported Madness.
The Skatonics’ pride themselves on an authentic look and sound - sharply dressed in tonic suits and loafers to match an energetic set that includes all the ska standards from the famous 2 Tone era as well as some older Trojan classics and a few other numbers the band perform with their own special twist.
Tickets are available from www.livestockuk.com and there will be limited entry on the night, with doors opening at 7pm.
