Two men have been charged after 14 people were found in the back of a lorry on the M11.
The M11 near Harlow was closed between junctions 8 and 9 after the lorry was stopped on the motorway on Wednesday. Officers said they were called to the scene shortly before 6pm.
The fourteen people in the back of the lorry were detained after being checked by the ambulance service at the scene
Mateusz Warpas, 30, and Patryk Galab, 28, have been charged with facilitating illegal entry into the UK
The pair have been remanded to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
