POLICE are appealing for information on a missing 16-year-old.
Officers are concerned about 16-year-old Chinh Tran from the Rossendale, but also has links to Preston. He has not been seen since 1pm on February 17.
He is described as a Vietnamese male, slim build with short, black hair.
He was last seen wearing a black coat, grey woolly hat, tracksuit bottoms and carrying a shopping bag. Cinh has links to Preston and Rossendale.
If anybody knows the location of TRAN please call 101 in a non-emergency and quote LC-20210217-1102. For immediate sightings please ring 999.
