Police investigating a series of sexual assaults have released an image of a man they would like to speak to as part of their enquiries.

Detectives are probing three separate incidents that happened earlier this year, involving a 12-year-old girl, 15-year-old girl, and woman in her 20s.

The incidents happened in north east London and the Met Police are treating them as linked.

Although none of the victims suffered physical harm, police say all three were left "incredibly shaken and upset".

Extra patrols have been carried out in the area and officers have been speaking to members of the community.

On Wednesday January 20, a 15-year-old girl walking along Rostrevor Avenue, South Tottenham, when she was approach by a man who showed her pornography on his mobile phone.

At around 7pm on Tuesday February 16, a 12-year-old girl was approached by a man in Linthorpe Road, Stamford Hill, who exposed himself to her before making off.

Around two hours a later, a woman in her 20s pushing her child in a buggy along Kyverdale Road was pushed and touched on the bottom by a man before he fled.

The Met says it is due to the timings, locations and how the victims were approached, that they are treating the above incidents as linked.

Detective Constable Patrick Godin, investigating, said: "We are doing everything we can to identify and apprehend the man responsible. I am asking local people to study the image issued very carefully and contact us immediately if they have information that could help. Please work with us to help keep your communities safe."
