A schoolboy was taken to hospital after he was hit by a car near a station.
The emergency services were called to the Oakwood Underground station area shortly before 3pm on Tuesday afternoon.
The Met says it was called at 2.52pm to reports of a collision between a car and a pedestrian in Bramley Road, near Southgate.
Paramedics attended alongside police and a 12-year-old boy was taken to a north London hospital.
Police say his condition was later assessed as non life-threatening or life-changing.
The driver of the vehicle involved stopped at the scene.
After the collision happened, police taped off the area as enquiries were carried out.
