Two men were arrested for possession of an imitation firearm and weed in Harlow.
On Wednesday, May 12 Essex Police officers stopped a vehicle in Second Avenue, Harlow.
The vehicle had previously failed to stop for police, and one of the officers had previously spotted the car in suspicious circumstances and believed it to be involved in drug dealing.
The vehicle and occupants were searched, finding an imitation gun in a ‘man bag’ on the rear seat.
Examination of mobile phones found on the individuals person identified drug marketing messages.
Two men were arrested for possession of the imitation firearm and concerned in supply of cannabis.
