BUDGET fashion store Primark will open in Wood Green in November.
Primark bosses have confirmed they will open a shop in the former Pearsons department store in The Mall, in High Street, Wood Green.
It will occupy two floors and cover a space of 75,570 sq ft and will target target "the young and fashion conscious, offering high quality fashion at value for money prices, for men, women, children and the home".
The shop's opening will mark the start of the run-up to Christmas and shoppers will be able to cash in on cheap fashion treats.
Mall manager Michael Thompson said: "The nearest Primark branches to Wood Green at present are Oxford Street, Hackney and Leytonstone so we are confident this development will attract a lot of new shoppers.
"We already have a great selection of independent stores, national fashion specialists and market traders so Primark really helps complete the fashion picture."
Primark said it selected Wood Green because it was an "ideal location" already attracting shoppers from its key demographics.
