A MAN has been rushed to hospital with head and arm injuries following a bus crash in Tottenham.
A double decker and a bendy bus collided this morning at around 7am, sending the bendy bus careering through a crash barrier and into a building and the double decker on to the central reservation.
The man, in his 50s, suffered the worst injuries in the crash, in High Road, and was taken as a priority to Homerton Hospital.
Five other people, believe to be bus passengers, were taken to North Middlesex Hospital with minor cuts and bruises.
Police have shut down the northbound side of the road, which has led to severe delays on the roads and large tailbacks.
All passengers have now been evacuated from the badly damaged buses, and a recovery operation is underway to try to reopen the road.
