Leyton Orient will face Brighton & Hove Albion Under-21s in the EFL Trophy after the draw was completed.
The O’s already knew they were in Group C in the competition’s southern section and would take on AFC Wimbledon and Southend United.
Today’s live draw determined the Seagulls youngsters would be their invited category one academy opponent, completing the four-team group.
Ross Embleton’s side will have home advantage for the matches against Southend (week commencing September 2) and Brighton (w/c November 11), while they will face the Dons at Kingsmeadow in the week beginning October 7.
Match dates and ticket details will be confirmed in due course.
