A woman from Muswell Hill collaborated with a celebrity chef to create a new Irish dish after winning a recipe competition.
Thelma Winyard teamed up with Paul Rankin to create her winning canapé for the ‘Great Irish Menu’.
She was one of four winners chosen from hundreds of hopefuls who took part in the competition run by Irwin’s Bakery and Tourism Ireland.
Mrs Winyard canapé was Irish Bruschetta of Knockalara Sheep's Cheese and broad beans, served on Rankin Selection Brown Soda bread.
