A school is getting ready to celebrate the adventures of a teenage wizard with Harry Potter Book Night.
Heartlands High School will hold an evening of games and quizzes to celebrate the JK Rowling books on February 5.
Themed snacks from cauldron cakes to pumpkin pasties, will be served.
Helen Swinyard, learning resources centre manager at Heartlands, said: “We are so excited to be joining up with schools, libraries, bookshops and community centres throughout the UK and Ireland and beyond to celebrate the first ever Harry Potter Book Night.
“The Harry Potter series has been immensely helpful in enthusing a generation with reading. It's time to celebrate this and introduce new, younger children to the delights of Hogwarts and the adventures of Harry, Hermione and Ron."
The evening will run from 3.10pm until 4.30pm.
