Motorists in the Enfield area are facing disruption due to temporary road closures starting from next week, including an approach to Tottenham Hotspur's training ground.

This week’s edition of the Enfield Independent has published a number of notices from Enfield Council detailing the roads that are set to be closed for roadworks and when these are due to take place, as and when directed by signage in most cases.

Whitewebbs Lane, between an entrance to Spurs' training ground in Hotspur Way and Whitewebbbs Road, is set to be closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Friday, June 4 for highway works.

Three days later on June 7, Parkgate Crescent is scheduled to be shut to vehicles from 8am until 6pm for four days.

Vehicles will also be prevented from entering or proceeding along Porlock Road at its junction with Delhi Road for five days from June 7 while utility works are carried out.

Also from the same day, Albany Road will be shut at its junction with Hertford Road for three days, again for utility works.

A longer closure due to begin on June 7 will be in Oak Avenue, between its junctions with The Ridgeway and Hadley Road.

This is also due to utility works but is expected to be in place for approximately 15 days.

Part of Stagg Hill Road is due to be closed overnight from 8pm on June 9 until 5am the following day for resurfacing works.

The road will be closed from the junction with Waggon Road northwards for approximately 317 metres.

Montagu Road, between its junctions with Conduit Lane and Swathling Close, is then set to be closed overnight from 8pm to 5am on June 10 and again between the same hours on June 26, again for resurfacing works.
