Wildlife lovers and keen photographers have been urged to get out in nature to enter a park's autumn watch competition.
Lee Valley Regional Park is calling on visitors to submit their best pictures of the tranquil haven this autumn.
The winner with the best submission has a chance of winning a £30 GO Outdoors voucher.
Conservation manager Cath Patrick has shared her top five things to spot in the park this autumn.
She says the park is an important site for wintering bittern birds, which return to the reedbeds in the area every autumn. They can be found at the Wildlife Discovery Centre in Fishers Green, at the River Lee Country Park and Amwell Nature Reserve.
Birdwatchers should also look out for flocks of redwing and fieldfare.
Dragonflies such as the brown hawker or common darter can also be seen around lakes and rivers.
Ducks such as the gadwall, shoveler, goosander, smew and goldeneye tend to congregate at the lakes and reservoirs – but the conservation manager points out rarer visitors such as pintails can also be found.
Red admiral butterflies, bees and other insects collecting nectar are also worth keeping an eye for.
