A vulnerable man who won’t speak to strangers and needs medication is missing from Wandsworth.

Mazhar Ahmad, was last seen in Hyde Park Corner at 5.38pm on Thursday, June 6.

He had been visiting the Natural History Museum with his father when he made off after they left.

The 58-year-old was last seen by his father outside of the museum heading towards Knightsbridge.

He is described by police as vulnerable and needs medication for his mental health that he does not have on him.

According to police, Mazhar speaks very little English and will not talk to strangers.

This has made police concerned that he will be unable to ask for help or could have been taken unwell somewhere.

When he has disappeared before, he has walked for up to 20 miles which means he could be in a surrounding borough or even outside of London.

Police say that Mazhar is of medium build and has short dark hair.

He is wearing a jumper, which police have shared a photo of him wearing, black trousers, white shoes, and a brown cap.

His family and police are extremely worried for his welfare.
