Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane is in the running for the PFA fans' player of the month award after continuing his sensational form in February.
The 21-year-old scored four times in four matches including a match winning double in the north London derby against Arsenal.
Kane’s recent performances have handed him hero status at White Hart Lane and his goals throughout February took his tally for the season to 24 in all competitions.
He will face stiff competition for the award from Chelsea’s Branislav Ivanovic, West Ham United’s Cheikhou Kouyate, Manchester City’s James Milner, Liverpool Midfielder Philippe Coutinho and Arsenal’s Olivier Giroud.
The Frenchman found the net five times in February and has been central to Arsenal’s recent return to the top four.
Kane is also being hotly tipped to take home the PFA young player of the year award at the end of the current campaign in what has proved to be an exceptional season for the youngster.
